You sure can! We don't use contracts, so if the membership isn't working for your family, you can cancel at any time with just a few clicks.

You can cancel your NBL membership in under 60 seconds with just a couple of clicks.

First, log in to your Member Dashboard using the following information:

• Username: {{the email address you entered at checkout}}

• If you need to reset your password, you can do so here.

To cancel, click your avatar located in the upper right corner of your screen. In the drop-down menu, select SETTINGS. 

Once you're in SETTINGS, click on BILLING (located in the upper right corner of your screen). 

Scroll down to BILLING INFO and click CANCEL. You will then be prompted to confirm your cancelation. 

Once this is complete, your access to Never Board Learning will end at the end of your billing cycle.

To view your billing cycle, you can click your avatar (upper right corner), select SETTINGS from the drop-down menu, click BILLING (upper right corner) and the end of your billing period will be written in red font in the "billing info" area.
